Aquatics

Our 20 yard lap pool has an average temperature of 85 degrees and is perfectly suited to our strong aquatics program.

Group classes are offered at a variety of times throughout the week. There's bound to be a few that are right for you! The Aquatics program is very popular at WHR and is enjoyed by members of all fitness levels.

We also offer open swim time when there are no classes or private swim lessons taking place.

Please refer to the group fitness schedule for class times. Our front desk staff will be able to tell you when private lessons are taking place.
