Cardio Theater

 

The layout of our Cardio Theater is set up to provide all members an unobstructed view of our wall-mounted televisions. So, whether you're walking on a treadmill or riding a stationary bike, you can tune in to the program of your choice, using an AM/FM radio headset.

If you'd rather just enjoy our music, you can still stay in touch with TV programming through closed captioning, which is present on all sets.

In addition to the atmosphere, there is plenty of equipment to add variety and safety to your workouts. We have the top of the line equipment made by Life Fitness and Precor.

The several different types of cardio pieces on our floor allow you to incorporate the element of cross-training into your workout routine.
