Strength / Cardio Combinations

Bodyworks! This fusion program takes you through a wide range of calisthenics, dynamic cardio moves, and core work. Traditional exercises arranged in an innovative format will work you from head to toe! Participants of any level of fitness will feel successful and invigorated by this program - it's a great way to start or end your day!

 
20-20-20 A neatly packaged combination of cardio and core work! This variety of basic exercise principles includes all the components of a balanced fitness routine. Tried and true ... it's for you!
 
Strictly Strength
Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. Mind/Body
Pilates: An emphasis on the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness to support efficient, graceful movement. This method stresses quality over quantity through concentration of movement.
 
Yoga: A unique way to integrate mind, body & spirit without force or competitiveness. Develop and improve muscle tone and overall physical condition while promoting flexibility and relaxation. Strengthen the body and calm the mind. Gentle Yoga & Power Yoga variations on Yoga.
 
Yogalates: Our own special blend of Yoga and Pilates warm-ups, postures, and breathing techniques utilizing light weights & stability balls to enhance & challenge body & soul. Be warned - this is a challenge for all!

Spinning High energy music and motivation in this non-competitive group environment to create a stronger, leaner body. Low impact pedaling allows everyone who can ride a bike to burn calories and have fun!

Aqua An energizing, low impact water fitness class that combines both strength training and cardiovascular conditioning exercises that will challenge your muscles and increase your strength.
