WHR Fitness is a family owned, multi-purpose health club serving Northern Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts since1980.

Our approach to fitness includes educating and supporting our members in their personal and individualized lifestyle goals. We understand that fitness is one component of a healthy lifestyle and so, we provide opportunities for members and non-members to enjoy a variety of programs and activities that encourage a healthy balance.
