Personal Trainers are certified professionals who create, develop, implement safe and effective fitness training programs. Trainers use their knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology to work with individuals and small groups to improve physical function as it relates to work, sport, and daily activities.
WHR Fitness trainers work with all populations and use their expertise in traditional training methods in combination with innovative functional formats to produce dynamic, creative, fun routines for one and all.
We have developed a variety of Small Group Training programs at affordable price points so more members can benefit from working with our training staff.
These programs provide information and physical challenges and typically run in 4 - 6 week segments. To maximize your experience, sessions are limited to 6 - 8 participants. Fees vary by program.
