WHR Fitness members have benefitted from the guidance of our professional trainers. Listed below are a few reasons to consider working with a trainer.

- You are totally out of shape (Deconditioned is the politically correct term): If it's been years since you've attempted anything physical - or maybe you've never tried it at all - we actually recommend you hire a trainer. You don't have to commit for the long-term, more than likely just a few sessions will get you up and running.

- You want to update your program: Hiring a trainer for a session or two to evaluate your program and how it aligns with your goals is another way to utilize their knowledge. They can help you move through that plateau and start seeing results again.

- You're training for a specific goal: A qualified trainer can provide a workout program that will help reach your goals - whether it's your first 5K or a physical agility test for your dream job.

- You're coming back from an injury or illness: Once you have doctor's clearance to return to a workout program - again, we recommend you hire a trainer. They will work with you to design and implement a program that is safe, effective, and just for you.

- You need motivation: If you don't exercise effectively or consistently on your own, a trainer's ability to motivate and challenge you is money well spent.

Finally, interview your trainer. Make sure they are credentialed, experienced, and you feel comfortable working with them.
