Sue began her career in fitness as a group fitness instructor in 1985. She has taught a wide variety of formats including, high & low impact, step, slide, Pilates, yoga & spinning. Sue's passion for fitness remains strong as she continues to develop both personally and professionally within the industry. Sue is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Additional certifications include Golf-Fit Certified instructor, Madd Dogg Spinning Instructor and BTS Group Power Instructor. Sue combines her experiences as an instructor with her kinowledge of the body's systems to guide clients to success. Jack has been a fitness enthusiast for most of his adult life and it was in 2006 that he decided to pursue his passion. Jack became certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Jack's personal philosophy is that fitness should be fun. If it feels like work, most people will quit. He encourages the philosophy of "lift light-lift right". As a retired firefighter, Jack understands the need to remain fit both on and off the job. He continues to expand his knowledge and expertise through education and has become an advocate of kettle bell training. Jack can assist you in your fitness goals by providing you with the information and motivation you need to succeed. |
